Well-being at Johnson Gardens
At Johnson Gardens, the intention was to integrate well-being in to the daily life of its tenants.
My team and I provide weekly classes and specialist monthly workshops with London’s most elite instructors. All of our experienced team have been vetted to ensure consistency and excellency. They regularly teach at clubs including Third Space, Equinox and Soho House.
Our offerings are versatile and are designed to ensure we are covering the pillars of wellness - mind, body and emotional well-being. We have provided talks on nutrition, goal setting as well as specialist classes such as MMA and Barre.
With access to a huge network of first class well-being professionals, I am able to provide services from specialists including:

Prioritising employee well-being
My client prides itself on integrating wellness in to the lives of its tenants. It has a wellness studio, a personal training studio, green spaces and cutting edge classes and workshops.
From concept to creation
A tenant within Johnson Gardens asked me to create a basic, but comprehensive personal training studio within their office space where they could also hold strength and functional fitness classes.
The result
The best equipment was used to create a fully functional gym for their employees. I sourced equipment from Watson, Beaver Fit and Cybex who are all pioneers in their field.
The gym has increased staff retention and has been a main drive for recruitment. The gym is used for classes, personal training and is used as the office gym for all employees.
